Why another set of books?

There are already thousands of excellent books about education, parenting, health, longevity, family and personal development.

These books do not claim that every idea within them is new.

What is different is the connection between the dots.

Knowledge is useful. But knowing something and living it are different things.

These books bring lived experience, research and practical observations together and continually return to one question:

What does this look like in real life?

Read what is useful. Question what is not. Add your own experience. And when an idea makes sense to you, do not merely repeat it.

Live it.

Why “Live the Message”?

The point is not to collect quotations or agree with a page. The point is to test an idea against real life.

Some ideas will fit your circumstances. Some will not. Keep what helps. Adapt what needs adapting. Question what deserves questioning.

Live the Message means moving from words to behavior - especially when life is difficult.

The books are free because the objective is reach and usefulness, not book sales.

About Tejas Gilbert

Tejas Gilbert writes from a lifetime shaped by medicine, parenting, business, travel, different cultures - and disability.

Following a life-changing brain injury, ordinary things that were once automatic became more difficult. Memory, concentration, communication and simply getting through some days can require considerably more effort. The struggle is real, even when it is not visible to others.

These books were created with disability, not in its absence - sometimes slowly, sometimes with assistance, sometimes by writing things down before they disappeared, and sometimes by stopping and returning another day.

That experience helped give Live the Message its meaning.

The books do not ask readers merely to agree with ideas. They ask what those ideas look like when life becomes difficult - when plans change, limitations appear, or doing the next small thing takes more effort than anyone else can see.

Why “Live the Message”?
Because the message has been lived.
